Working for countless hours and disregarding rest is a disservice to oneself. Relaxing is a key to success. Relaxation helps your body to repair itself and helps you rejuvenate. Every day find time to relax your body and mind.
7. Affirmation
One of the most important things to do daily is to affirm things. Talking to yourself isn’t crazy; it helps you think things through. Saying things aloud is affirming them. Say positive things to yourself daily for affirmation.
